The Rev. Alf Clint Boardroom is a culturally significant space for a memorable meeting, with its precious collection of beautiful First Nations art and historic photos. The Rev. Alf Clint Boardroom embodies history, leadership, and connection to historical and social activism including Blak Deaths in Custody, Land Rights Movements, 1967 referendum, and 1988 bicentenary protests. At its heart sits a beautifully hand-crafted boardroom table, a symbol of collaboration and respect, complemented by a large digital display, integrated speaker system, and seamless connectivity for presentations and hybrid meetings. Blending tradition with modern functionality, the Rev. Alf Clint Boardroom offers a distinctive setting where meaningful discussions and decision-making are grounded in the rich cultural legacy of Tranby.

    Booking Terms & Conditions

    Any booking you make for room hire at Tranby Aboriginal Co-operative Limited (‘Tranby’) is subject to these terms and conditions. By making a booking, you agree to act in accordance with and subject to the terms below.

    Room Bookings

    Venue Hire bookings are available from 9am until 4pm Monday – Friday, unless otherwise pre-arranged. Our friendly staff will be on hand to assist with access and set up of Tranby equipment from 8.45am on the day of your booking. Rooms need to be vacated by 4pm, unless otherwise pre-arranged, so that we can lock up the campus for the day. Please specify the start and end time of your booking (between 9am – 4pm) in your reservation form. If you interested in a venue hire booking outside of this Monday – Friday 9am until 4pm, please contact reception@tranby.edu.au, or call 9660 3444.

    Assistance

    Our friendly staff will be on hand to assist with set-up of Tranby equipment from 8:45 am on the day of your booking. However, as we are a small team, please consider this when asking staff for additional requests. We will try and accommodate all requests as much as possible.

    Payment

    Payment in full must be paid to Tranby at the time of booking to secure any room. Upon booking you will be automatically issued an invoice.

    Cancellations

    Please inform us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your booking.

    • Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the agreed first day of hire will result in a full refund of the payment.
    • Cancellations made 3–6 days prior to the agreed first day of hire will result in a 50% refund of the payment.
    • Cancellations made less than 72 hours (3 days) prior to the agreed first day of hire will forfeit the entire payment.
    • Exceptions to the cancellation policy are at the discretion of Tranby Aboriginal Co-operative Ltd.

    If a deposit is to be refunded, it is your responsibility to provide Tranby Aboriginal Co-operative Ltd with the required bank or credit card details.
