Digital Video Conferencing Room
The Digital Video Conferencing Room is a purpose-built, high-tech space designed for impactful meetings, workshops, and presentations. This larger venue features an expansive digital display, state-of-the-art connectivity, and advanced audiovisual capabilities to support seamless collaboration and hybrid engagement. The circular room consists of a digital screen that is linked to high-definition cameras as well as integrated microphones and speakers. The desk and chairs also fold up and can be moved behind the curtains to open the area up for ceremony and yarning circles to be facilitated. Combining cutting-edge technology with the cultural depth of the Tranby precinct, the Digital Video Conferencing Room provides a powerful environment where innovation and tradition meet.

- Lighting control (providing flexibility for those with light sensitivity)
- The room is controlled using ClickShare Desktop App - Wireless conferencing - Barco which is an easy-to-use software where a USB dongle can be connected to any laptop (Windows or iOS) and the room then becomes an extension of your laptop i.e. your laptop is then replicated on the screen, and you are able to control the cameras and speaker and facilitate your presentations or digital meeting/s (Teams, Google Meet, Zoom etc). There is also a built-in pc to the room which can be used as an alternative if needed.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Any booking you make for room hire at Tranby Aboriginal Co-operative Limited (‘Tranby’) is subject to these terms and conditions. By making a booking, you agree to act in accordance with and subject to the terms below.

Room Bookings
Venue Hire bookings are available from 9am until 4pm Monday – Friday, unless otherwise pre-arranged. Our friendly staff will be on hand to assist with access and set up of Tranby equipment from 8.45am on the day of your booking. Rooms need to be vacated by 4pm, unless otherwise pre-arranged, so that we can lock up the campus for the day. Please specify the start and end time of your booking (between 9am – 4pm) in your reservation form. If you interested in a venue hire booking outside of this Monday – Friday 9am until 4pm, please contact reception@tranby.edu.au, or call 9660 3444.
Assistance
Our friendly staff will be on hand to assist with set-up of Tranby equipment from 8:45 am on the day of your booking. However, as we are a small team, please consider this when asking staff for additional requests. We will try and accommodate all requests as much as possible.
Payment
Payment in full must be paid to Tranby at the time of booking to secure any room. Upon booking you will be automatically issued an invoice.
Cancellations
Please inform us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your booking.
- Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the agreed first day of hire will result in a full refund of the payment.
- Cancellations made 3–6 days prior to the agreed first day of hire will result in a 50% refund of the payment.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours (3 days) prior to the agreed first day of hire will forfeit the entire payment.
- Exceptions to the cancellation policy are at the discretion of Tranby Aboriginal Co-operative Ltd.
If a deposit is to be refunded, it is your responsibility to provide Tranby Aboriginal Co-operative Ltd with the required bank or credit card details.
