As Tranby is an Aboriginal-led co-operative, our community is involved in everything we do, and it guides how and why we do things.
Tranby exists to help amplify the voices of diverse First Nations communities. Importantly, Tranby thrives by bringing people together; both Indigenous and non-Indigenous people walking together, to listen and learn from one another, to make positive change happen for Mob.
Becoming a member of Tranby Aboriginal Co-operative means joining a proud and supportive community built on connection, self-determination, and shared purpose. As a member, you’re not just supporting Tranby’s work, you’re becoming part of its story.
Members have the opportunity to have a voice in how the Co-op is run, helping shape its future and ensuring it continues to empower Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples through education, culture, and community.
Membership is free and open to anyone who wants to have an active say in what happens in our community. We encourage all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to become a member of our co-operative.
To stay active as a member, you simply need to volunteer your time at Tranby or complete a short annual survey, a small way to stay involved and connected.
